Manimahesh Trek happens to be one of the most sought after treks in Himachal Pradesh because of its divine connections as well as a beautiful setting. The trek is located at an elevation of 4080 meters above the sea level, close to the famous Manimahesh Kailash Peak in the Pir Panjal Mountain Ranges.

About the Manimahesh Trek


The Mani Mahesh Trek starts from Hudsar and continues till Mani Mahesh through Dancho which is located at an elevation of 2280 meters above the sea level. After reaching Dancho, you will pass through the Valley of Flowers and reach the glacier of the Lake. 


Heading out on the Manimahesh trek, you will pass through the mystic Pir Panjal Mountain Ranges in Himachal Pradesh and many other sacred lakes in the Himalayan Region. Pilgrims mostly take this trek between the months of August and September when the Hindu festivals of Janmashtami to Radha Ashtami occur, whereas trekkers choose to begin their journey from the month of Mid May till October.


It takes about 8 days to cover this complete experience starting from travels from Delhi. In the course of the journey, you will get to stay in designated campsites where you will be provided with food and other necessities.
