No, there are no additional charges that you need to pay for your guide. When you buy your voucher, a guide will be sent to your hotel to pick you up and take you to the venue an hour before you are scheduled to zip fly. After the activity, you are also entitled to a drop back the hotel.

A guide will also perform a safety check of your harness and equipment before you take flight, but that too is free of charge and included in the initial voucher that you purchase.
