- Some attractions, like the Presidential Palace Area in San Francisco, may have photography restrictions. Always check with guides or staff before snapping photos.
- Stay aware of your surroundings in crowded areas, especially in tourist-heavy spots like Fremont Street and Hollywood Blvd.
- Keep your schedule flexible for activities, especially the V - The Ultimate Variety Show and Grand Canyon West Rim tour, as showtimes or durations might vary depending on the season.
- Indian dinner will be provided at one of the nearby restaurants.
- A Tour Manager is provided for groups of 15 or more pax; smaller groups will be guided by a driver cum tour guide.
- Passengers arriving in Las Vegas post 6 pm on Day 1 will miss the Las Vegas Night Tour with no refunds provided.
- Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance must make their own arrangements, as no special provisions are offered.
- Seating on the bus is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and passengers are advised to board early.
- Children aged 2-9 years qualify for child rates. Guests above 9 years are considered adults.
