The Top Komtar Penang is functional on all days inclusive of weekends and public holidays. Schedule your visit in accordance with the following timings: From Sunday to Thursday, this place will be functional from the morning at 11:00 am to the night at 22:00 pm.

From Friday to Saturday, the timings are 11:00 am in the morning to 23:00 pm in the night. On all public and school holidays, you can walk in from 10:00 am in the morning to 22:00 pm in the evening.

This place is easily accessible by roadways. You can either plan a private car trip or choose for public transport. Also, there are one-way transfer services available for those who are planning to start from Penang Airport or Kuala Lumpur.

On its 68th floor, this Komtar building has got an open deck called The Window of the Top. From here, you can click some beautiful panoramic views of the entire city. If you wish for some more heights, do not miss on this opportunity to walk along the Rainbow Skywalk – a glass walkway.

This skywalk will thrill you as if you are floating all the way on the airwaves. Finally, your visit to the Komtar building is incomplete without a visit to Avenue of Adventures. This zone is the central attraction of the entire Komtar Building featuring a Discovery Motion theatre and a Jurassic Research Centre. Also, there is a Tech Dome wherein you can only find all scientific discovery related stuff.

What are the inclusions in the package?

There are two ways through which you can get an entry into The Top Komtar Building at Penang – Window of the Top (The Top Rainbow Skywalk) and Window of the Top + Avenue of Adventures Combo (The Top Fun Pass).

On a general note, both the packages shall be inclusive of Observatory Deck at level 65 and Rainbow Skywalk at level 68. Also, the second package gives you the advantage to spend some quality time at Avenue of Adventures.

How and where can I redeem my E-voucher?

After you make payments for your selected entry package, you will be receiving an email notification containing your attached e-voucher. You have to get a print of this e-voucher and carry it along with you on the confirmed day of your activity and display it at the entrance.

Authorities present at the entrance shall exchange this printed voucher and give you an entry pass or a wristband. The ticket redemption counter is present on the 6th floor. For all local travelers, it is mandatory to disclose their MyKad during ticket redemption.

What is the age criteria for child ticket?

Children in the age group of 0 to 11 years and with a height more than 90 cm, will be charged in accordance with the Local or Foreign adult tickets. For those children with an age of 0 to 11 years and height below 90 com, the entry will always be free of cost.
