What are the activities available in the park?
The Xtreme Jungle Adventure Park, Phuket is not only of the major attraction for adventure and adrenaline enthusiasts but also for those who wish to explore the nature’s beauty at its best. There are many activities in the park such as 40 platforms with different exciting challenges, 16 zip lines, 4 tree walking bridges and 2 climbing tracks which is completely a spine chilling adventure in a day, however the dense green forest at the same time perfectly contribute in beautifying the experience and making sure that you enjoy your day to the fullest and have an unforgettable experience.
What type of dressing is recommended for this tour?
To enjoy the most and make the maximum out of this exciting and thrilling zip lining experience, we would recommend that you wear comfortable clothes as you will be wearing a harness and other safety equipments. Also, we recommend wearing sports shoes as you will be in a jungle and walking on different terrains. Wear clothes that are fit and not too tight ass you will be walking, climbing, and flying here and there, thus you are going to need something that will keep you light and ready to move.
Is there being a pickup & drop facility?
Yes, there is a pick-up and drop-off facility available for this adventurous zip lining tour. Pick up & drop off is Free from Phuket’s most central locations such as Patong, Kata, Karon, Rawai, Kalim and Phuket Town. There will be an extra fee for other areas; the customer can pay this in cash to the driver during pick up. For other areas like Panwa, Sirey, Naiharn, Kamala, Surin, Cherntalay, Bangtao, Laguna, Naithion, Layan, Naiyang and airport there will be an additional charge to be paid on site.
Is there a weight and height limit?
Yes, there is a height and weight limit as safety and security is of the utmost importance and nor the park authorities or us want to put anyone’s life in jeopardy and thus there are certain requirements before one decides to embark on this adventurous and exciting activity. The minimum height required is 4.3 feet and a maximum weight of 120 kg. It is strictly prohibited for pregnant women.
Can I use my camera while zip-lining?
You cannot use your normal camera or phone cameras as it is not advisable to do so as you are going to be zip lining at a speed of 30-60 km/hr in the Xtreme Jungle Adventure Park, Phuket and if you are going to carry your camera, there is a high possibility that your camera can fall and break. You can use action camera/go pro if you have one as they will be mounted on your helmets and you can record the whole of the experience, thus you can carry your cameras but the above mentioned cameras are preferred to have a hassle free and amazing experience.
What are the safety measurements?
There are certain requirements that are necessary to adhere to before anyone wishes to take on this activity. There are trained and professional staffs at the Xtreme Jungle Adventure Park, Phuket. There are all the required safety harnesses and other equipment required for zip lining of very good quality ensuring that you and your family/friends are safe and their safety is maintained at all times
Are kids allowed to do zip lining?
Yes, children are allowed if they meet the specified requirements for the tour. This activity is such that one must do when in Phuket. Children below 18 years of age have to be accompanied by an adult/guardian. Also, there are many more activities for children and adults alike.
What are the opening hours of this park?
The opening hour of the thrilling and fun-filled Xtreme Jungle Adventure Park is from morning 09:00 a.m. to evening 06:00 p.m. It is open all days of the week so you can have an adventure any day of the week. The park remains closed during heavy rain and storm due to difficulty in maintaining the high safety and security standards of the adventure park.
Are senior citizens allowed to do zip lining?
Yes it is allowed for senior citizens to have a mind-blowing and fantastic experience in this jungle adventure activity and ziplining session only if they meet the above specified requirements and are physically and mentally fit to do so. It is highly advised that if the senior citizens feel fit and mentally prepared then only they should opt for this activity as the zip line reaches to a speed of 30-60 km/hr.
What if the park is closed on my booking date?
It is highly unlikely that the park will be closed. The Xtreme Jungle Adventure Park, Phuket only remains closed during heavy rain and storm. If there is any more issue and the park is closed on your day of travel, you do not need to worry as your issue will be dealt with top priority and you will be given the best response. All you have to do is just contact the customer care number and your problems will be resolved as soon as possible.
