- If cancellation is made within 30 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

- Meeting point: Gate 7 of the Yas Marina Circuit (support pits or Yas central). Arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time.
- Reach Yas Island and get briefed about the car and the correct racing line before heading out onto the circuit for your first session.
- Before getting into the driver’s seat you’ll be suited up in full race gear and helmet, and receive a technical briefing from your racing coach.
- You’ll head back to the pits, where you’ll be further briefed on your car before being tightly strapped in.
- Prepare to feel every bump, ripple, and sensation of the drive. You can be sure that you've never been this connected to a driving machine!
- Enjoy adrenalin-packed drive at speeds up to 275 km/h.

- From Dubai: The distance is approx 110 Km, take a taxi via E11 and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Rd/Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Rd/E31, it will take 1 hr 30 min to reach the destination.
- From Abu Dhabi: The closest airport is Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH), which is 8 km, so you can take a taxi and reach there easily.
