- If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

How to Reach: The best way to get Tirthan valley from Delhi is, get a Volvo in the evening and get down at Aut (Just before the Jawahar tunnel). If you want to take a taxi by yourself then cross the tunnel and take a taxi from the market.

How do I get to the camping site in Tirthan Valley?
Roadways - You can get a direct bus from Delhi interstate bus stand which will take you to the Himachal Pradesh Kullu bus stand and from there you will be picked up by our travel partners which will make it easy for you to reach the camping site. The whole journey will nearly take about 12 hours of time by road to reach the resort by covering a total of 484 kilometres of distance from Delhi.
