- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. All international participants will have to share passport and visa details on arrival.
- Children under 3 years old are classified as infants, while those 12 years and older are considered adults.
- You are expected to dress appropriately and conservatively. Avoid wearing shorts While visiting the mosque women ought to conform to wearing scarves and being fully covered.
- Ladies may wear swimsuits just in seashores and pools. As you step out of the seaside, make a point to cover yourselves.
- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the tourists will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort/hotel will be charged at actuals.
- Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
- The official currency is the UAE Dirham (AED). Credit cards are widely accepted, but it’s good to carry some cash for small purchases.

- A Dubai Tourism Tax of 5-15 AED per night, per room, depending on the hotel category, must be paid directly by the customer upon arrival.
- During Ramadan, eating, drinking, or smoking in public during daylight hours is not allowed. Restaurants will have designated areas for non-fasting individuals.
