Sigiriya Rock Fortress is about 177 kilometers away from Colombo, and the main mode of transportation is via road. You can hire a taxi or take a bus to the destination. It will take you about 4-5 hours to get to Sigiriya from Colombo. There is also a railway station at Habarana which is 15 kilometers away from Sigiriya.
However, if you book the tour with us, you will be picked up by our driver from your hotel or desired pick up point within the city. You will then be driven to Sigiriya.
