- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 30 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

- Arrive at the activity location and get ready to trick your eyes with 100 interactive illusionary exhibits at the Camera Obscura & World of Illusions.
- Start off your journey on the bottom floor by putting your intellect to the test as you navigate the mind-bending delusions.
- Then, when you arrive to the second floor, you'll be dazzled by the fascinating mirror maze and other top illusionary displays at BEWILDERED.
- At the third-floor, Eye Spy Edinburgh offers visitors the chance to view the lovely city of Edinburgh from a unique perspective and explore the Victorian and 3D cityscapes with a camera that captures the city in real time.
- After having fun on the third story, go to the fourth floor to let the Light Fantastic's several displays, including the Kaleido Tunnel, Holograms, Color Shadow Wall, and Light Harp, completely fool you.
