Know Before You Go
- Daily breakfast and dinner included, starting with dinner on Day 1 and ending with breakfast on the final day.
- Accommodation at all locations on double (for couples & special requests) and triple sharing basis in standard Hotels/Camps
- Convenient airport pick-up and drop-off scheduled as per your flight timings.
- Comfortable SUV or Tempo Traveller provided based on group size.
- Oxygen cylinder and basic first-aid kit available for added safety.
- Driver expenses/ toll tax/ Fuel/ Parking charges
- All driver expenses, tolls, fuel, and parking charges are fully covered.
- Your vehicle will undergo daily maintenance by a skilled mechanic to ensure a smooth journey.
- Meals not mentioned under inclusions will not be available.
- Any personal expenses like laundry, telephone bills, tips etc will not be included in the package.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. to be borne by the client directly on the spot.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to change the itinerary at any given point of time which will stand effective once it is informed to the traveller and/or uploaded on the website.
- In case of any unforeseen events like – roadblock, storms, landslides, etc. , the itinerary might have to be changed by the tour captain and any additional costs arising out of such events would have to be borne by the traveller.
- If there is any unprecedented hike in the cost of transportation (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation, it will also affect the cost.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Mobile Network: Only Postpaid network (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) is active in the region.
- It is recommended to carry enough warm clothes and the right kind of shoes for the tour. The advisable baggage weight is 60 liters as you might have to carry the luggage to the backup vehicle, the accommodation, etc.
- GST is applicable to the package cost.
- All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
