- Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.
- Keep the surroundings clean by using designated bins and avoiding littering.
- Please note that the timings and duration of pick-up and drop-off transfers may vary based on certain factors like traffic, weather conditions, natural calamities, etc.
- Prices may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.
- You are expected to dress appropriately and conservatively. Avoid wearing shorts while visiting the mosque. Women ought to conform to wearing scarves and being fully covered.
- If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from the point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance. Please note that the travel insurance is not included in the package price.
- Please note that while the activity is conducted with utmost safety, Thrillophilia and/or the activity operator will not be liable for any injury, loss of life, accidents or loss of goods during the activity.
- Please note that the activity may be cancelled due to circumstances like weather conditions, natural disasters, political disturbance, etc. In cases like these, the visitors will be offered the next best slot available.
- Ladies may wear swimsuits just in seashores and pools. As you step out of the seaside, make a point to cover yourselves.
- The official currency is the UAE Dirham (AED). Credit cards are widely accepted, but it’s good to carry some cash for small purchases.
- Dubai experiences extreme heat, especially from May to September. Dress in light, breathable clothing and stay hydrated.
- Dubai follows Islamic principles, and the local culture values modesty and conservative behaviour. Public displays of affection (PDA) are considered inconsistent with these cultural norms, and laws are enforced to maintain the cultural integrity of the society.
- During Ramadan, you can only eat or drink during the day within the privacy of your rooms. Eating or drinking in public is not allowed even if you are non-muslim.
- With respect to the holy month of Ramadan, there will be no belly dance performance (Tanoura Dance Show), and the mini bar will also be closed.
